Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings should have been released next February, but the pandemic of COVID-19 he saw the film postponed first in May and then later the postponement of Black Widow in that same month, July 9, 2021. Filming recently moved from Australia to San Francisco and the director Destin Daniel Cretton has now confirmed via his Instagram account that the film's production work is finished, pending post-production.

This means that the studio now has two completed films, namely Black Widow and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings itself, which as mentioned will first have to go through post-production plus any additional footage. Whether we can see these films in 2021 remains to be seen, but it looks like a possible release on Disney + is currently out of the question, although that may change following news that Disney is shifting its focus to the streaming platform.
As for Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, we still don't know much about the narrative aspect. We only know that the protagonist, played by Simu Liu, will have to contend with the real Mandarin (a role that will be filled by Tony Leung), who will finally make his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the "impostors" appeared in Iron Man 3. In the cast of the film we will see Awkwafina, Ronny Chieng e Michelle Yeoh, signed for roles currently unknown.
