On the occasion of 'Investor Day 2020, held by The Walt Disney Company in the past few hours, the house of Mickey has revealed that a new series dedicated to Alien! According to what emerged from the panel, the show will be directed by the creator of Fargo and Legion's, Noah Hawley, marking the official debut of the acclaimed film series directed by Ridley Scott outside the big screen. At the moment, no launch window or official release date has been announced, but “Alien” will be an FX series and distributed exclusively on Hulu.
For the uninitiated, Hawley had previously revealed that he would not go on with Scott's famous franchise, so the news of the past few hours surprised fans, thinking that the project was now forgotten. Fortunately this is not the case, as the American writer, screenwriter, television producer and composer continues to work with FX, where he has created award-winning shows enjoyed by audiences and critics over the past decade. Waiting to find out more details on the series, we remind you that Alien will debut exclusively on Hulu, and in all probability it will arrive in Europe under the new category "STAR”By Disney +.
