Acer officially presented its new ones Chromebook with platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c: convertibles Acer Chromebook Spin 513 e Acer Chromebook Enterprise Spin 513 which boast ultraportable designs with fast and efficient performance, extended battery life and optional 4G LTE connectivity. To accompany these two laptops we find the new Acer Chromebox CXI4, a compact and efficient mini-pc, and the elegant Smart Speaker Halo!
Optimized for performance and connectivity on the go
Acer Chromebook Spin 513 is equipped with the Snapdragon ™ 7c platform with Qualcomm® Kryo ™ 468 8nm octa-core CPU, which ensures improved multitasking and responsiveness. In addition, the performance of Qualcomm® Adreno ™ 618 integrated graphics allows you to enjoy online games and streaming videos. With up to 14 hours of battery life, the new Chromebook can run for a full day of work or study. The new Chromebook also comes with optional 4G LTE connectivity for an always connected experience. This ensures users can always access the internet, their personal cloud, connected apps and extensions to stay focused on work, school and hobbies, without worrying about the Wi-Fi connection.
Ultra-portable and convertible.
The sleek, ultra-portable design lets you make the most of the Acer Chromebook Spin 513, featuring a durable and stylish aluminum outer shell, as well as a shock and scratch resistant Corning® Gorilla® glass display and touchpad. Additionally, the ultra-thin bezels allow for a 78% screen-to-body ratio, which keeps the focus on the 2-inch IPS13,3 full HD touchscreen display. The sleek Acer Chromebook Spin 513 weighs less than 1,2kg and is just 15,55mm thick,
with dimensions slightly larger than a sheet of paper. The Chromebook also features a keyboard
optional backlit, which facilitates productivity in a wide range of conditions
lighting. A pair of hinges that rotate 360 degrees offers users four modes
use: clamshell - for typing with the keyboard - tablet, display and curtain mode for
presentations. In addition, the two integrated microphones allow excellent reception for one
better sound clarity when video conferencing with friends on Google Meet and for use
by Google Assistant.
State-of-the-art ports and Wi-Fi keep users connected
802.11ac Wi-Fi with 2 × 2 MIMO technology and optional 4G LTE keep users connected to
at home, in the office and on the go. Additionally the Chromebook has two USB Type-C ™ ports with
full functionality, supporting USB 3.2 Gen 1 (up to 5Gbps), DisplayPort over USB-C and

Chromebox CXI4 is a compact solution with multiple connectivity options
Compact and equipped with Chrome OS, Acer Chromebox CXI4 is a great choice for labs and classrooms, families and small businesses. Provides access to information and assistance in customer areas, it can also be used for kiosks or digital signage. In addition, the new Chromebox can be purchased with Chrome Enterprise Upgrade: Chromebox Enterprise provides users with the business features they need for efficient productivity. The design saves space and includes everything you need for a fast and powerful Chrome experience. Equipped with an Intel® Core ™ i7 up to 4th generation processor, Chromebox CXI3.2 is equipped with all the ports needed to connect to multiple displays and peripherals. It has up to five USB 2 Gen 3.2 ports, plus one USB 6 Type-C and two HDMI ports. The device also has Intel Wi-Fi 802.11 (45ax) and an RJ4 port for fast internet connection, both wired and wireless. Chromebox CXIXNUMX installation is simple: it can be attached to the back of a monitor using the optional VESA mounting kit, or positioned independently and secured with a Kensington lock.
The elegant Smart Speaker Halo fills the home with music and information
The new Acer Halo Smart Speaker is a stylish, customizable device designed to blend in or stand out in any home. The compact size allows you to place it anywhere, on a desk or on the kitchen counter; it is well integrated into any furniture thanks to its modern design. The basic RGB lighting is customizable, in particular it can synchronize with the music to create the right mood, or display a color scheme suitable for both day and night. As one of the first Google Assistant-compatible smart speakers to feature DTS sound ™, Smart Speaker Halo delivers rich, high-quality sound, spread across 360 degrees. An optional LED display allows you to check the time or get information about the weather. An application, currently under development, will allow users to customize their own
device with a message or a simple image. Integrated Google Assistant provides hands-free support around the house: with a simple “Hey Google”, Halo will play music, podcasts, news and answer questions. Two wide-range omnidirectional microphones easily distinguish between ambient noise and voice commands for quick reaction. There is also a switch to disable the microphone when privacy is required.
Android App Support
The new Acer Chromebook Spin 513, Chromebook Enterprise Spin 513, Chromebox CXI4 and Chromebox Enterprise CXI4 support the apps available in Google Play allowing users to choose their preferred ones for productivity, creativity or services.
Prices and availability
Acer Chromebook Spin 513 (CP513-1H) will be available in January 2021, with prices starting from 429 euros.
