Initially scheduled for December 2020, and then postponed to early 2021, Ubisoft has finally revealed that the long-awaited online mode of Watch Dogs: Legion will be available from next March 9. According to what emerged, the new game mode will include an open world cooperative component, spiderbot battles in the arena (up to a maximum of 8 players) and tactical operations for 4 players. We report in detail the main news:
- Cooperative open world free-roam where players can join their friends in groups of up to four people to explore the London city, participate in events, complete missions and carry out side quests.
- New co-op missions, from two to a maximum of four players. The new game mechanics will allow players to recruit their team, so as to face and face the dangers in the most characteristic scenarios of London.
- "Pack Leader" will be the first Tactical Operation available in Watch Dogs: Legion. It will include five missions where players will need to plan and communicate effectively with their respective companions, making sure they have updated gadgets and recruit an efficient team of characters.
- The first PvP mode will be the Spiderbot Arena, where four players will have to control armed spiders-drones and face each other in deathmatch to the death.
