According to some messages from the application PlayStation Remote Play, it seems that the PlayStation VR 2 will allow you to play without the aid of cables using the application in question on PlayStation 5, thus resulting wireless. This would be a real innovation considering the current VR systems, as well as the current one PlayStation VR for the console Sony of current generation. We are attaching below the Tweet of the user LumenHD, which shows us the specific error message of the application, which we remind you, however, to be a rumor for the moment.
I thought i'd make a seperate tweet about this.
Yeah we digged into the PS remote play app files and we found code references to PSVR wireless remote play
specific line: "Can't use a microphone with Remote Play when the VR headset is turned on" # PS5 #PSVR pic.twitter.com/9qQ6tMkEUy

Yes, we dug into the PS Remote Play application files, and found references in the code to the PSVR Wireless with Remote Play. Specifically “You cannot use a microphone with Remote Play when the VR Headset is on.
As the user himself suggests in a further Tweet, the Wi-Fi 6 of the new console could be perfect for this use, and the aforementioned rumor is therefore quite likely. The PlayStation VR for PlayStation 4 has been a real innovation for many users, as it has allowed them to immerse themselves in virtual reality in many works. However, due to the reduced power of the current generation, as well as the advancement of VR technologies still in full development, the possibilities were often limited, and several details did not make the gaming sessions perfect. One of these undoubtedly concerns the need to have cables connecting the viewer to your console, thus not allowing to move in complete freedom, a problem that could be solved with the help of Remote Play for the next generation.
We therefore hope that the new technology will be able to innovate also in this respect, but for the moment we just have to hope for a possible announcement by Sony for the PlayStation VR 2, which, also according to the patents that have emerged on the net, could be more imminent than we think.
