There is now only a month left for the arrival of Persona 5 Strikers su PlayStation 4 e Nintendo Switch, the musou who will tell the new adventures of the Phantom Thieves that we have come to love in JRPG Persona 5. However, it looks like the next 23 February the title developed by the boys of Omega Force it will not have any next-gen optimization, nor are updates currently planned for the next few months: anyone who will play it in backward compatibility on PlayStation 5 will not see major differences from the old console version of Sony. This is not a choice that surprises us, as other third-party titles have also not received these kinds of updates for the new generation.
Persona 5 Strikers has recently shown itself to the public surprising both critics and gamers. In fact, following the trail opened by Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, this new chapter of the saga will not be a simple musou, but will bring fundamental information in the history of the ghost thieves, becoming in effect a game not to be missed for all fans of the series Person. However, it looks like we won't see any improvement for next-gen, both from a visual and optimization point of view. Not only that, it seems that too the use of the DualSense features will not be implemented. The game will however have an option to give the priority to frame rate or resolution, a feature present in both the Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 versions. The lack of updates and implementations for the PlayStation 5 is currently a real shame, as this new musou seems to promise really well, as well as having nothing to envy from the technical and creative side to the main chapter released a few years ago and then revised in the splendid version Royal.
There is currently no information regarding the arrival of next-gen implementations in the coming months, but we trust that Atlus and Sony decide to support the title also on PlayStation 5, since it has all the credentials to bring the general public closer to a genre that is currently a bit mistreated.
