Life is Strange Remastered Collection was announced in the course of Square Enix Presents. The collection will contain Life is Strange: Before the Storm and Life is Strange. The two titles return in a remastered version with improved graphics and animations. This will be available both within the Ultimate edition of the just announced Life is Strange True Colors which can be purchased separately. It will certainly be a great thrill for fans of the series to return to play the first historical chapter released in 2015 and its prequel, which arrived in 2017. These titles retrace the adventures of Chloe and Rachel, with Before the Storm, and those of Maxine Caulfield. The first was developed by Deck Nine Games, while Life is Strange is the work of Dontnod Entertainment.
Life is Strange Remastered Collection gives new fans of the series the opportunity to catch up two very important titles to understand the nature of the franchise. In Life is Strange: Before the Storm (found here our review of the first episode) tells the story of Max, a girl who is able to control the passage of time and, thanks to this power, manages to save Chloe, what will be, three years later, the protagonist of Life is Strange (find here our review). As you have seen, these two titles are extremely linked to each other and recovering them as a couple is certainly the best way to do it.
Square Enix, during the Presents, announced that the remastered collection will arrive in the fall of this year. In short, a final of 2021 is expected to be full of emotions for fans of the series, who will have the opportunity to play the new Life is Strange True Colors starting from September 10th and to replay the first historical title and its prequel thanks to the collection with improved graphics and more realistic animations. On the other hand, Max defined autumn as his favorite season: a coincidence? We do not believe.
