According to the portal videogameschronicle.com a video captured on screen, which would show some Elden Ring gameplay scenes, the mysterious new role-playing game currently in development at the studios of From Software, would be circulating on the net in some private messaging groups. The video cannot be shared for legal reasons and would have been tagged by Bandai Namco as "strictly confidential". The scenes shown would have been captured on screen, probably with a smartphone, and would appear to show some gameplay scenes.
According to the rumors that have been circulating in these minutes it would seem that one narrating voice, in this video, you read: “I can only imagine what makes you look for the Elden Ring. They suppose you can't be persuaded to go back. Very well, then! ”. At this point the movie would show a frantic montage made up of a few fighting scenes in perfect Soulslike style and the protagonist would be committed to tackling a huge dragon and a enemy armed with a sword. The scenes, then, again according to these rumors, would move to a man who ride in an open world and quite large. It also appears that the captured footage was not recorded in full, so it is not possible at the moment to know a possible release date (assuming that the developers have made the decision to communicate it shortly by publishing this new (and alleged) gameplay trailer.
A few hours ago there were alarmed rumors about possible cancellation by Elden Ring, but according to the latest rumors the title could return to show itself by the end of March. These, in fact, are the words of the journalist Jeff Grubb:
My sources assure me that Elden Ring will be showing up again by the end of March. I have already said this several times. I don't have an exact date of when exactly the event will happen, but I have a few reasons to be confident in the upcoming announcement. There is certainly the possibility of seeing everything slipping during the month of April. In that case I'll apologize but I'm sure we won't have to wait much longer to see From Software's new game.
Elden Ring, announced during theE3 of 2019, is currently in development at FromSoftware studios for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
