In the past hours Sony has released a new cinematic footage to announce a new upcoming game dedicated to its VR technology. We are referring in particular to After the Fall, an FPS with a strong co-op component for PlayStation VR entirely developed by the boys of Vertigo Games, the indie studio that also gave birth to Arizona Sunshine. The film lasting about 2 minutes contains various external and cinematographic shots of the post-apocalyptic setting that is the protagonist for the entire work. Basically, let's see the four heroes of After the Fall abandon the partial safety of underground hiding places to venture into the treacherous territory above, covered with ice and invaded by Snowbreed.
Although the latter are undead, they do not look at all like typical zombies: the Snowbreed are terrifying and ferocious monsters that move in hordes, similar to a pack of wolves, waiting to strike en masse in a Los Angeles of years 80'. In addition to these enemies, within the game world, however, there are other types of hostile forces much stranger: a classic example are the brutes, large and imposing creatures much stronger and more difficult to knock down.
With today's day, the developers - among other things - have communicated that the game in question will also support the multiplayer multiplatform. It will therefore be possible to play with up to 4 players in the company of major friends and players present in the game sessions. It was also pointed out that in the coming weeks they will follow various updates about this promising adventure, currently scheduled for later this year. During the morning, Sony communicated to its huge audience that it would announce a total of ben today 6 titles dedicated exclusively to their technology based on virtual reality: in the past few hours it was presented Zenith, a new title MMO again for PlayStation VR.
