During the presentation of Disney Investor Day 2020, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy announced further and very interesting details regarding the upcoming spin-off series dedicated to Obi-Wan Kenobi with Ewan McGregor reprising his role as the titular Jedi of the trilogy prequel within the series coming to the Disney + streaming platform. The film will take place 10 years after Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and will see the return of Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader. After playing Anakin Skywalker, who became Darth Vader in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, Christensen made a big impact in cinema, playing one of the biggest and most tragic villains in pop culture.
