About a week ago we talked about how, after the cancellation of the TV series Iron Fist, the future of Danny Rand could have merged into the series dedicated to Luke Cage. Today we can go back on those sentences, as even Luke Cage Season 3 will never see the light. Marvel and Netflix said:
Unfortunately, Marvel's Luke Cage won't be returning for a third season. Everyone here at Marvel Television and Netflix is grateful to the showrunners, writers, cast and staff who brought the Harlem hero to life these two seasons, and to the fans who supported the series.
We know for sure that Iron Fist will return in other series, but instead no words of comfort instead on the return or otherwise of Luke in some series, but the cancellation, close to that of Iron Fist, gives hope for a series dedicated to the duo. On the other hand, the previous seasons of these two heroes were a bit slow, and the combination of the two would greatly reduce the times, speeding up everything. For now, therefore, Daredevil, Jessica Jones and The Punisher remain alive. At the moment.
