They left in Little Bay, Australia, shooting of Thor: Love and Thunder, Taika Waititi's film coming next year.
We had already seen a play in (New) Asgard with Matt Damon e Luke Hemsworth as Loki and Thor. The first shots stolen from the set and a video show us that this time the recreated sequence will be that of Odin's death. The rumors of the return of Matt Damon in the Thor saga have not yet been officially confirmed, but the actor recently arrived in Sydney alongside Chris Hemsworth, and these photos from the set of Thor: Love and Thunder seem to be a'further indication of his presence in the film.
The film will see the Asgardian son of Odin in the company of Guardiani della galassia and again reunited with his beloved Jane foster. Thor: Ragnarok changed the overall vibe and look of the Norse mythology hero movies series and also destroyed two key elements of Thor's adventures: Mjölnir and Asgard. In the photos, as you can see, you can see some structures (including a theater) near a cliff. Here are the shots from the set released on the web in the last few hours:

Filming on Thor: Love and Thunder began in late January 2021 in Australia, directed by Taika Waititi, for Marvel Studios and Disney. The screenplay is by him and by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson. Waititi will also return to voice the warrior Korg. In the cast Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Tessa Thompson (who at the end of Avengers: Endgame reigns over Asgard), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster, specifically in the new incarnation of ... the mighty Thor), Christian Bale (Gorr, the slaughterer of gods ), Jaimie Alexander (Lady Sif) and the Guardians of the Galaxy. And, at this point, it seems that Matt Damon will also join the cast.
