As fans of the original series will know Netflix, filming the second season of The Witcher they started again last August, and finally after two months of hard work we can take a closer look at what it will look like Geralt of Rivia (interpreted by Henry Cavill) in the next season. Despite the health emergency caused by the Covid-19 has reportedly delayed work on the second season of The Witcher will debut on Netflix on schedule and will be previewed in 2021. The cast of the series will see are just the return of Cavill in the role of Geralt of Rivia, Anya Chalotra (Yennefer) e Freya Allan (Ciri), but will see the inclusion of many new faces, including the former Game of Thrones actor, Kristofer Hivju, who will play the role of Nivellen. But that's not all, given that in recent months the streaming giant has announced that a live-action prequel series entitled Blood Origin and an animated film.
