During the Disney Investor Day 2020 presentation, Kathleen Kennedy, head of Lucasfilm, officially announced the launch window of the third season of The Mandalorian, the acclaimed television series available on Disney + which, apparently, will arrive on the streaming platform of the ' company during the Christmas holidays of 2021. The new season will therefore be released about a year after the end of the second season, which will end on December 18th. The series will see the return of Pedro Pascal as the protagonist and at the moment no further information has been released regarding the plot and the cast of characters.
