For months and months, increasingly persistent rumors have suggested that Sony was working on a sequel to Spider-Man: A New Universe, the acclaimed 2018 film awarded at the Oscars for Best Animated Film. Well, finally we are at an official news: the adventures of Miles Morales will continue in an awaited sequel for theApril 8 2022. The confirmation comes from Sony via a post on Twitter which, however, did not reveal any details on the plot, direction and cast. Leaving you to the short teaser trailer, we remind you that Spider-Man: A New Universe follows the events of Miles Morales struggling with his new career as Spider-Man.
