With an official statement, Ubisoft announced Blades of Persia, the cross-brand event of For Honor theme Prince of Persia. This very interesting themed event will be playable by users from today until next April 2nd.
According to reports from Ubisoft, Blades of Persia, will completely transform the environment of For Honor for three weeks, offering a limited-time game mode, a series of new items obviously inspired by the beautiful Prince of Persia, a new mission for the Arcade mode and a free event pass available to all users.
The setting of For Honor, will first be shaken by a terrible sandstorm, which heralds the arrival of the Prince of Persia, ready to fight to claim the throne of Heathmoor. The prince will obviously not be alone, but he will have an army of creatures of the sand with him to exploit in a limited-time game mode. Players will therefore have to face this threat, defeating it in a variant of the Port map in Domination mode.
During the games the Prince will unleash a tornado of sand that will envelop him as he tries to kill all the Heroes with his fearsome Dagger of Time. Together with the special mode, the home of the title will receive a new graphics and music obviously taken from the universe of Prince of Persia. With the free event pass, players will be able to access 30 tiers of gear and loot inspired by Prince of Persia. With the free tiers, they will be able to get a new battle suit, a Sand Effect, an emblem frame and 26 new ornaments, as well as recoveries, steel and chests.
During the event, players will be able to acquire the following items:
- 26 new weapons on the battlefield.
- Two illustrious outfits, Ratash and Sandwraith, which will be available in the game store for 20.000 pieces of steel.
- The execution of the Prince, which will be available for purchase in the game's store for 10.000 pieces of steel.
The event will evolve, because with the passage of time and exactly from March 19 onwards, the Prince of Persia will be pervaded by the dark forces, becoming the fearsome Dark Prince.
