After becoming the reference point for every software house in the current generation of consoles, N is preparing to amaze gamers on the next one as well. After having churned out sagas that have now become legendary, like Uncharted e The Last of Us, the development team is hiring new staff ahead of their next flagship Triple A IP, which will probably see the light on by now PlayStation 5. In particular, it is the division that will deal with the animation of the future title that is looking for new creatives.
Specifically, the animation department is hiring a gameplay animator, one for melee fighting animations, and one for the purely technical side. Obviously, no mention is made of the exact characteristics of this new and mysterious project, but we have some information that can give us an idea of what is happening in the study of Santa Monica:

This group of individuals is what allows us to create those faithful and believable characters that we put into games like The Last of Us and the Uncharted series. We are looking for an experienced gameplay animator to help us continue to raise the bar in interactive animation for our future projects. If you feel comfortable in the AAA play space and want to be part of the project with the best visual and technological quality, you could be the dog we are looking for.
Naughty Dog is currently working on the multiplayer component for The Last of Us Part 2, although specific information on how the multiplayer component of the masterpiece will work PlayStation 4 have yet to be announced. We just have to wait for the development of this new title, which according to recent rumors could however be a cross-gen title.
