The Oscar winner Leonardo Di Caprio, also known for being an active environmentalist (just think of the speech he gave just received the Academy Award), announced that he was working on a new film project and for its realization he hired Edward Berger for the direction e Charles Randolph for the script.
The plot of the film will deal with the scandal of Volkswagen diesel cars, which turned out to be equipped with sensors capable of "fooling" the pollution tests, and will be based on the book by Jack Ewing Faster Higher Farther: The Inside Story of Volkswagen Scandaldi whose Appian Way (producer of Di Caprio and Jennifer Davisson) and the Paramount Pictures they would have already acquired the rights.
We don't know yet if we will find him also involved as an actor in this project, but it sure seems to be something very interesting to follow closely.
