The streets full of crime GTA San Andreas they may soon have their own superhero: one is about to be launched new Mod, which will merge the universe of Rockstar Games with that of Marvel's Spider-Man. The version 1.9 of the beta released earlier this month it incorporates animations, a menu and a HUD based on the title of Insomniac Games. There are also 8 gadgets, 12 powers (unlockable by leveling up), a map area based on Avengers tower and so on. The Mod was created from modder J16D and can be found on MOD DB.
In addition, a presentation trailer for this new Mod has also been released. Inserting Spider-Man into the world of GTA San Andreas will allow players to live a totally new experience, being able to move with a renewed freedom, and allowing users to reach unedited map locations.
Not only that, the well-known neighborhood web launcher possesses a whole own combo moveset, which can be used to solve secondary missions, both on the ground and in flight. The video also shows several unlockable costumes, such as the original design of Scarlet Spider, but you can also see them Spider-Punk and the costume of Peter's Future Foundation, which enrich the whole experience even more. The Mod is yet another testament to how much the GTA community has been in love with their games, even years after their release.
It's hard to say if this Mod will live up to its goals. At the moment, Insomniac has not yet expressed itself on this Mod, but considering that given the recent Miles Morales no new titles will come out on climbing walls, this Mod will be a pleasant alternative to pass the wait. The work done to bring Spider-Man into GTA San Andreas has been truly commendable, and we can't help but invite you to try this fun new Mod, whether you're a fan of Peter Parker or not.
