It has been more than seven years since the launch of Grand Theft Auto 5 and we haven't received any confirmation from yet Rockstar Games regarding a possible sequel. The development team generally always tends to ignore the media and announce their new projects only a year or two after their official launch. According to some sources, Grand Theft Auto 6 should be issued no later than 2023, such rumors could be confirmed by the fact that on the official web page of Rockstar Games appeared a job ad which would suggest the arrival of a trailer dedicated to GTA 6.
According to that announcement, Rockstar Games needs someone to capture cinematic gameplay footage in order to use them in online campaigns and TV. Obviously this is only a hypothesis that is far from confirmed, but these clues could point to the fact that Rockstar Games is preparing for a possible announcement of Grand Theft Auto 6 complete with a trailer. However, Rockstar is currently focused on launching the fifth installment of the series on new generation console, and until its release it is unlikely that any announcements will be made about the future of the saga.
After launching on PlayStation 3 e Xbox 360, the landing on PlayStation 4 e Xbox One, and subsequently the release on PC, the episode that has been the most successful ever of the entire saga in fact will also land on PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X with all the tricks of the new version (improved graphics and all online expansions). In addition to this, however, for all those who purchase PlayStation 5 it will in fact be possible to play for free at Grand Theft Auto Online, upon signing up for the PlayStation Plus subscription service. In addition, all PlayStation 4 players will receive GTA $ 1 million dollars a month. The release date of Grand Theft Auto 5 for next-gen consoles it is currently set for a generic 2021. We will still have to wait a little longer to find out when the title Rockstar will again be ready to show itself to the public for the third time.
