When a historical software house like Capcom begins to perform remake operations, as well as for Resident Evil 2 and the more recent Resident Evil 3, it is difficult for a player not to think of those video games that you would like to have the same treatment. Thinking of those titles of the Japanese development house that could benefit from a similar operation, certainly figure among them too Dino crisis, but since the software house does not seem to have this remake in the plans, a player has decided to recreate the mood of the horror video game full of dinosaurs with a mod: Dino Evil 3 (downloadable at this address), which combines Resident Evil 3 with Dino Crisis "simply" by transmuting all zombies in T-Rex and changing the clothes of our protagonist, Jill Valentine, into one of those of Regina.
This fan is not the only one who is dedicating time and work to Dino Crisis, but a team of fans of the title are also making a fan-made remake using the Unreal Engine, and it also seems that Capcom has not (yet) thrown the project away. In addition, there is also a video game named Dino Crisis Rebirth, a sort of remastered for PC, which uses the DirectX 9 API.
So while many dream of the remake, others have worked hard to create something Dino Crisis themed, even if it must be admitted that reviewing the protagonist and the dinosaurs of the title made with the RE Engine that would be great, given how much of realistic is able to create Capcom's proprietary graphics engine. Recall that this was first used for Resident Evil 7, and then moved on to Devil May Cry 5 and the remakes of the second and third installments of Resident Evil.
We just have to wait any communications from the software house, in case he changes his mind and decides to make a remake for the title that made the dinosaurs scary as never seen in the videogame world.
