Death Stranding, a title soon to be released by the master's new studio Hideo Kojima does not seem to require any subscription to online subscriptions like the Sony PlayStation Plus to take advantage of the aforementioned network modes; what has been said is what you can read on the packaging of the PlayStation 4 PRO Limited Edition dedicated to the game.
On this package there is in fact a space with the words “PlayStation Plus subscription is required for online multiplayer and is sold separately. Death Stranding does not require an active PS Plus subscription to play ”. The news will certainly be appreciated by those who choose to buy the game but do not have the Plus service, which also given the particular nature of the work does not clash with what has been written on the package.
After officially joining the Gold phase yesterday (you can read the article here), the game is now officially completed. All that remains is to print and distribute the copies to shopkeepers waiting for the now neighbor 8st November which will sanction Kojima's debut as a soloist of his project. On that same day, the PlayStation 4 PRO Death Stranding Edition will also arrive with custom-themed chassis and DualShock 4.
