After two very intense months, which saw the release of two very important and highly anticipated exclusives PlayStation, The Last of Us Part 2 e Ghost of Tsushima, we go into the month of August, which, although it will not propose too important releases, will still bring with it some decidedly noteworthy titles. Among these stand out without a shadow of a doubt Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition, title developed by Guerrilla Games which finally lands on PC, and the first episode of Tell Me WhyThe new work Dontnod Entertainment. Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition (PC) - August 7
We open the dance on August 7 with one of the most anticipated titles of the whole month. Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition, one of the most popular PlayStation 4 exclusives, finally arrives on PC and it does it in the best way: all additional content, including expansion The Frozen Wilds, and many graphical improvements, including more realistic foliage and reflections. In short, if you are a PC gamer this is the perfect opportunity to enter the world of Aloy, a future destroyed and dominated by machines, which forced the human species to return to a life of primitives. Fast & Furious Crossroads (PC, PS4, XBO) - August 7th
Announced at the end of 2019 by Vin Diesel e Michelle Rodriguez, two of the leading actors of the well-known film series, on the stage of The Game Awards, Fast & Furious Crossroads will be released on 7 August on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The title is a racing game, developed by Slightly Mad Studios and produced by Bandai Namco. Fast & Furious Crossroads, originally intended to be released at the same time as the release of Fast & Furious 9, will be released in any case despite the postponement of the film caused by the COVID-19 emergency. Madden NFL 21 (PC, PS4, XBO) - August 25th
Let's now take a big leap to August 25 with Madden NFL 21, new chapter of the series dedicated to the famous sport of American football. Developed by EA Tiburon and published by the same Electronic Arts, Madden NFL 21 will propose a new main campaign, even more in-depth than the previous chapters, and a renewed technical sector. The title is expected on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for August 25, but will also be released on next-generation consoles, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, at a later date.
Tell Me Why Chapter 1 (PC, XBO) - August 27th
Two days later, on the 27th, the first episode of Tell Me Why, new adventure developed by Dontnod Entertainment, creators of the very lucky Life is Strange. The first of the three chapters in the story of Tyler e Alyson, two twins who work together to piece together the pieces of their difficult past, will be available on PC and Xbox One. In the following months, the remaining two chapters will also be published, the release date of which has already been revealed.
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions (PC, PS4, Switch) - August 28th
We close the month the following day, on the 28th, with Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions, title dedicated to the very famous manga e anime. The campaign mode of this arcade football title will in fact retrace what we have seen in the animated series and, of course, in its paper counterpart. Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is the first fixed console title dedicated to this series to be released outside of Japan and will be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
