The final season of Arrow will end with this year's eighth season out on October 15. Just yesterday a new trailer was released with a sentence that reads: "the final season starts from the beginning". Given the numerous returns and the approach of the crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths, the new season promises fans a truly emotional experience that will excite and end the series.
All these elements will compose what is the supporting plot, with the sacrifice of Oliver at the center of everything as already anticipated by the last crossover Elseworlds. Phrases such as "there is a crisis on the horizon" and "we are heading towards the destruction of every single thing" are only the preamble of what will happen, with Oliver's voice at the beginning of the film explaining how the only solution for him to having to sacrifice is motivated by the ability to protect loved ones. There will obviously be scenes with a humor flavor we are used to.
At the end of the trailer it is possible to hear Oliver say the sentence: "History is repeating itself" just before finding himself in front of his mother, Moira Queen (Susanna Thompson), which however is not visible on the screen.
Arrow's final season will arrive on October 15 on The CW.
