After the rumors leaked about the plot a few days ago, a first official poster of Zombie Land 2 which reveals the returning cast members, ten years after the original film, and what appears to be the official title. The official Zombieland Twitter account, following in the footsteps of the # 10yearchallenge, shared the photo showing the original movie poster, done in the exact same style, with the main cast as they were then and as they are today. On the poster we see Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg), Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin).
The poster reveals that the official title will be Zombieland: Double Tap, production of the feature will begin this week under the direction of Ruben Fleischer, who also directed the original. Also Rhett Reese e Paul Wernick, who wrote the original, have returned to writing the script for the sequel. New cast members for "Zombieland 2" include Zoey Deutch, Avan Jogia and the very recent addition Rosario Dawson. There are also rumors of a return of Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd in cameo appearances. The original Zombieland released under the title Welcome to Zombieland grossed $ 102 million worldwide. Zombieland: Double Tap will hit theaters on October 11, 2019.
