Ubisoft gives Assassin's Creed Unity in solidarity with Notre Dame

After the devastating fire that hit the cathedral of Notre-Dame of Paris, Ubisoft has announced that it will support the reconstruction with a donation of 500.000 euros and would like to offer players around the world the opportunity to experience the majesty and beauty of Notre Dame by giving Assassin's Creed Unity on PC. Until the April 25 2019, all users will be able to download the game for PC for free by registering for free on the platform Uplay. Once you've redeemed your copy, Assassin's Creed: Unity will forever be available in your client library.

The official press release of the initiative reads:

In light of the devastating fire of Notre-Dame in Paris, Ubisoft wants to offer players around the world the chance to experience the majesty and beauty of the cathedral in Assassin's Creed Unity on PC. From April 17 at 16:00 pm to April 25 at 09:00 am you will be able to download the PC version of Assassin's Creed Unity for free, and the game will be available forever in your Uplay library. We urge those who wish to contribute to the Cathedral's restoration and reconstruction to join Ubisoft by making a donation.

Assassin's Creed Unity is the chapter of the series set in Paris. Released in 2014, it puts us in the shoes of Arno Victor Dorian and will take us to all the symbolic places of France at the end of the 700th century including, as mentioned, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Palace of Versailles and the Bastille prison. To be able to download Assassin's Creed: Unity in the PC version, just go to the page made available by the Official site Ubisoft at this address.
