As announced during the Nintendo Direct February 17, soon Nintendo Switch will be enriched with a further chapter of The Legend of Zelda. Let's talk about The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, a title that will arrive on the hybrid console of Nintendo along with a couple of Exclusive Joy-Con, allowing us to relive the wonderful adventure that came out on our consoles now 10 years ago. But how much has the game actually improved in this new remastered? Fortunately, a comparative video comes to our rescue.
The YouTuber ElAnalistaDeBits produced a comparison video rather useful for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, between the version that will arrive on Nintendo Switch and the one released years ago for Wii. The remastered version for Switch is at 60 fps and obviously presents high definition images, while the Wii version was at 30 fps and it was obviously designed for standard definition televisions. We remind you that this new remastered will be released on July 16th. As shown during the presentation trailer dedicated to this new HD version, the game will allow make the most of Joy-Con for fights, enhancing the already great feedback offered two generations ago by Nintendo. Those who were disappointed that Skyward Sword is currently the only new title in the series shouldn't worry: according to some sources, even The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess HD e The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD will arrive on the hybrid console of the big N in the course of 2021. The news could be founded, as it would follow in the footsteps traced by the collection of Super Mario issued on the occasion of its 35 years.
As for new information on the sequel to Breath of the Wild, instead, the producer last night Aonuma did not unbutton, stating that further news will arrive only in the course of 2021. What do you think of this comparison, are you satisfied with the work done by Nintendo?
