IGN has recently published a five minute gameplay video dedicated to Resident evil village, running on PlayStation 4 Pro. The video marks the beginning of a month of exclusive IGN coverage on the new chapter of the famous horror saga Capcom.
The gameplay video in question shows us some new game areas, some combat phases and the chat Lady Dimitrescu. It is particular to note how you still want to focus on the old generation consoles, given that as already mentioned above this gameplay was performed on the PlayStation 4 Pro.
It therefore remains to be seen what the new generation versions of the license plate will have in store for us PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X and whether they will have obvious differences from the previous generation. Also, it will be curious to see how the title turns on one PlayStation 4 base.
We will certainly have more information on the title thanks to Resident Evil Showcase scheduled for the end of April, during which in all probability we will receive other gameplay videos that will give us a clearer picture of the technical potential of the title on next gen.
Furthermore, on the occasion of this event, a second demo dedicated to the title should also be published, which should allow us to take a more in-depth look at the playful structure of Capcom horror. However, you can find this new gameplay dedicated to Resident Evil Village at the head of the article.
Resident Evil Village will be available in just over a month, or starting from 7 Maggio 2021. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and Windows PC (Steam). The versions for PS4 and Xbox One will be update for free to their next-generation counterparts (on Xbox Series X / S thanks to the Microsoft Smart Delivery service).
Staying in the world of Resident Evil, it was confirmed in August of this year that Resident Evil will receive an adaptation from Netflix in the form of a TV series, as well as a CGI movie called Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. Added to this is the cinematic reboot of the series, which will be directed by Johannes Roberts.
