In the past few hours, a developer of Red Barrels, on the occasion of the Halloween party, he posted a rather symbolic photo with the words "Announcement coming". For those unfamiliar with the software house, we are talking about the developers who gave rise to one of the most famous first-person horror sagas in the world, that is Outlast. In the past, messages about Red Barrels' new project have been quite ambiguous. In 2017, the software house declared on Facebook "There will be an Outlast 3", but in the same post it then continued to work on something else. In 2018, on the other hand, through Phillipe Morin, the development team has confirmed several times that "Outlast 3 will not be a sequel to the previous chapters, but a distinct experience, a departure from the first two games of the series, always set in the Outlast universe".
