The launch of Outriders took place yesterday, theApril 1 2021, was unfortunately followed today by a big problem. The Outriders servers are in fact currently offline for a few minutes, and users are unable to connect and play. As confirmed by several players, many even found themselves out of their session at any moment.
There does not appear to be any software updates currently on why Outriders is offline, but it must be said that the PC game has been updated with a slight patch prior to this major crash, which may have compromised the shooter's infrastructure. The moment when the players were disconnected seems almost coincidental, given that the reports show completely different times. However, it seems that the problems have begun to materialize from 19 and 30 approximately.
It seems that there are currently multiple errors that do not allow access to the game's servers. One of the most popular is the one that reports "Error connecting to the internet, unable to access the Outriders servers“, Which has manifested itself in the game and is currently present in the screens of all those who try to re-enter the game, immediately after a long loading for authentication (which is not successful). Obviously, this is not a problem of players' connection, which must always be active in order to stay connected, but as already reported in the opening of a crash to the global servers.
As communicated on the official Twitter profile of Outriders (we also leave the Tweet at the bottom of the article), the software house is aware of the problem, and is currently working to fix it quickly. In fact, it is also possible to connect to this link to find out all the updates in real time, waiting for the problem to be definitively resolved and you can return to play the title at full capacity.
Heads up - We're aware of server issues and are looking into it!

Update: from 20 and 10 () some are managing to reconnect to the game, it seems that the developer is therefore partially fixing the problem, even if the accesses are not yet guaranteed and stable for all users.
Update 2: The issue was fixed around 23:55 PM
