A long story that began in 1994 is about to continue. In fact, a new chapter of Need for Speed, created by Electronic Arts, which in more than 25 years has already published the beauty of 26 titles released on PC and other consoles. Need for Speed Heat it came out just a year ago, but just today the software house has opened a teaser site for the launch of the next project. The website, for now, features a countdown expiring on 5 October and a message, which we report below.
5:10. How did he go so fast? Five and ten. Call Big Joe's Pizzeria at 0800-510-510-510. There must be a way to solve this problem.
A somewhat bizarre message, which perhaps has to do with the contents of the game, but which for numbers five and ten will certainly refer to next Monday, October XNUMXth. Many posts on Need for Speed's official Twitter profile also feature the same number 510 and the account icon has been changed to the hashtag # Beat510.

They're really onto me. How much time did it take them to get chased by 10 cops on Heat 5? This has to be on purpose. pic.twitter.com/3SmctKgr85

These are just two of the posts on Twitter (but there are also several responses from the game profile to fans), which contain real Easter Eggs. In the first there would seem to be nothing strange, but the time of publication is precisely the 5: 10 PM. The second instead talks about a chase of policemen and, as you can see, contains precisely the 5 and the 10. Furthermore, in numerous messages we can read real theories on what will happen that day and on what those numbers could mean apart from the date exit. In any case, the new title was developed by Criterion Games, as announced by Electronic Arts in February, after Need for Speed Heat was instead developed by Ghost Games. To have probably more complete news also on the consoles on which the game will be launched, therefore, all that remains is to wait for October 5th!
