After a long wait, the official announcement has finally arrived. Via a published trailer on the official Youtube account of Guerrilla Games the release date of Horizon Zero Dawn on PC, which will be August 7 this year. The trailer, which you can see at the top of the article, shows the features of this new version, namely the support for ultra-wide monitors, the unlocked framerate over 60fps, dynamic foliage, the reprogrammable key mapping and the countless graphic settings. The title will be sold in its version Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition, with the DLC inside The Frozen Wilds plus various additional items. The pre-order is already available on both Steam that onEpic Games Store.
The official synopsis on the Steam page reads:

While the title then prepares to leave its "homeland", that is PlayStation 4, Guerrilla Games is already working on the next chapter of the series, which will be released exclusively (at least for now) on PlayStation 5. It is Horizon 2: Forbidden West, title officially announced along with many other games during the recent PlayStation 5 presentation.
