The automotive series of Forza Motorsport, appreciated by practically every lover of driving games, it has now stopped on the seventh chapter for about two and a half years. Forza Motorsport 6 accompanied the launch of Xbox One even earlier, and the anticipation for the new automotive chapter begins to be felt. Most likely, just like the sixth episode, Forza Motorsport 8 could be announced and then released for the launch of Xbox Series X during the next winter period.
Nothing official, of course, since neither Microsoft products nor Turn 10 have ever talked about the game. Some rumors circulated on the net would approach this eighth chapter not to a continuation, but to a reboot, eliminating that number "8" which could mark a new beginning of the saga. That's not all, it also appears that the Turn 10 title will include dirt tracks, thus opening the doors to the rally section. Speaking of the online sector, there is a possibility that the game will be able to host races up to 54 players, inspired by titles like Gran Turismo.
As already mentioned, none of this has been made official, so we will have to wait for any announcements from the software house or from Microsoft itself to find out the future of the saga.
