Unfortunately for the software house and the users who bought the game on PlayStation 4 e Xbox One, the launch of the game proved disastrous due to the many bugs and insufficient graphics rendering that made the gaming experience on old-gen consoles disappointing Sony e Microsoft products. The latter have decided in the past few hours to reimburse users who have purchased the digital version of the game, making the management of the story even more critical to CD Projekt RED and, for its part, the software house, after giving the opportunity to dissatisfied fans. to ask for a refund, has decided to issue a new press release through its social channels.
In the press release, reported in the tweet at the bottom of the article, the company wanted to clarify some doubts regarding the methods of implementing the refund. CD Projekt RED stated that everyone who contacted the studio to request a refund will receive an answer as soon as possible, reassuring those who have not received any feedback after sending the request message. The company stated that the answers are given to brackets and it is for this reason that some users are still waiting.
CD Projekt RED further stated that its will is to reimburse all those who were disappointed by Cyberpunk 2077, even at the cost of having to draw from outside the company assets. At this point, we just have to wait for new updates on the story which, without a shadow of a doubt, will require a huge effort on the part of the company to regain the trust of its disappointed fans.
