The acquisition of Bethesda by Microsoft products, and its parent company ZeniMax Media, is already bearing its first fruits. Microsoft wasted no time in adding Doom Eternal al Game Pass, and it seems that Bethesda has two game collections in development for its consoles Xbox Series X |S. In fact, the ratings have emerged online ESRB gave for two collections of Bethesda titles. The first is Dishonored & Prey: The Arkane Collection, while the second is Wolfenstein Alt History Collection.
The Xbox series consoles are currently the only platforms listed for both games, an element that suggests that they will be exclusive collections. We also know that they will be included in each collection four games. Specific titles are mentioned in the ESRB's lists, and it's easy to guess which ones they are.
Starting with Dishonored & Prey: The Arkane Collection, the most likely scenario is that the collection will consist of Dishonored, Dishonored 2, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider and the reboot of Prey of 2017. Since the collection is named after Arkane, the 2006 Prey video game is unlikely to be part of the lineup, although we still don't have any official confirmation yet. As for the Wolfenstein Alt History Collection, this one will likely include Wolfenstein: The New Order, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus e Wolfenstein: Youngblood. ESRB leaks are almost always reliable, so we can expect an official announcement in the short term.
Will Interesting to see if these collections will see games optimized for the Xbox Series X console, or if they will be just gods porting of previous versions of Xbox One. After all, Xbox Series X is backwards compatible, and so, in theory, these collections could easily just be re-releases of previous versions of the games. We just have to wait for further news, hoping that these two new collections will soon be part of the Game Pass offer.
