Thanks to this new technology, every single drop will be rendered through its own sound that will make it possible to understand the direction coming from each single source, whether it is a drop of water or something more relevant. It will in fact be possible, thanks to this spatial audio, to instantly understand from which direction the blow of an enemy is coming.
All this, however, as was said during the Première, requires a pair of headphones to be rendered in the best possible way, this is because the will to Sony is to take into strong consideration the shape of every single human head. The width of the head and the size of the ears are in fact different elements for each of us, which Sony seems to have taken into consideration.
In order to achieve all this, the Tempest Engine will be the fulcrum of the experience that will serve to optimize the entire PlayStation 5 ecosystem.
