    As you know by now, the news of the total reset of the development of Metroid Prime 4. As announced by Nintendo, the project is now in the hands of Retro Studios, the house that took care of the original series and that has abandoned another ongoing project to devote itself to MP4. The stated goal is to be able to provide players with a higher quality product, but Nintendo's message did not specify the causes that led to this so drastic decision.



    To motivate the choice to start from scratch the development of Metroid Prime 4, the words of Imran Khan, journalist and senior editor of Game Informer, who expressed his opinion on Twitter on:

    From what I am hearing the biggest problem with MP4 development has been the experimental ad-hoc development process adopted; it was carried out by fragmenting it in different countries. The common idea was that it had to be all under one roof to "straighten the ship". Interestingly, Retro took the first step in its involvement and put together a demo that Nintendo would like.
