Grand Theft Auto VI continues to keep us waiting, day after day, without ever leaking any kind of information from the studies Rockstar. We are all well aware that the software house has always been very hermetic about its products until it is they who decide to show their works. For this reason, about 7 years after the last chapter, what we know about the new episode is very little and nothing has been confirmed.
However, the most avid fans of the series have recently discovered that in the resume of a Mexican actor, such Jorge Consejo, there is a somewhat detailed item. According to this document, which can be viewed at the bottom, it is possible to read that the actor took part in a project of Rockstar Games in 2018 concerning a recording of a series of videos in CGI related to Grand Theft Auto VI. In particular, his presence was used to interpret a character identified with the pseudonym of "the Mexican". When asked whether he actually worked on the long-awaited Rockstar title, Consejo stated that:
"I can neither confirm nor deny my participation in the project (complete with a winking smile)".
If this were really the case, we know for sure that the title has been in the works since at least 2018 (certainly much earlier) and that many rumors circulating related to the involvement of the cartel could be true. All that remains is to wait for the official announcement of Rockstar Games and hope for the release of this sixth chapter as soon as possible.
