Complete the game without ever dying, regardless of the difficulty level.

This is one of the hardest Vanquish achievements / trophies to unlock. However, there is a shortcut that allows you to get it without too much effort. To avoid counting a possible death during the game once the game over appears instead of resuming playing from the classic "Continue" that appears immediately, return to the main menu and resume the game from there by selecting "Continue". In this way, death will not be counted and you can still unlock the achievement / trophy.
