The best way to earn easy money in Splinter Cell Blacklist is as follows.

Start the game and complete the Prologue. Once the mission is over, you will move on to the headquarters plane, the Paladin. Here, get started right away with the side missions. Talk to Grim who will give you 4 side missions in total. Once you've completed all of Grim's side missions, you'll get new gear for Sam that will prove essential to playing the missions with a completely stealth approach.

Now move on to the first main mission, "Refuge". With the help of the equipment you have obtained with Grim's missions, you will have no difficulty completing this mission without killing anyone and never getting caught, which will earn you a lot of extra money.
