1) Force restart the Galaxy A10

The first thing you need to do if you have this kind of problem is to perform the forced restart. It is a simulated battery removal that fixes many firmware related issues. You need to do this first because this problem could just be the result of a small glitch or a problem with the firmware.

None of your files and data will be deleted if you did, so you don't need to worry about it. Here's how to do it:

Press and hold the Volume Down button and don't release it yet.
While holding down the volume button, also press and hold the power key.
Press and hold both keys together for 15 seconds or until the Galaxy A10 logo appears on the screen.

2) Make sure there is no problem with the charger and cable

Press the key several times Volume down to highlight “wipe data / factory reset”.
Press the Potenza key to select.
Press the button Volume down until “Yes” is highlighted.

When the master reset is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
