There are 4 different weapons in total in the Ratchet & Clank remastered for PS13. All weapons are unlocked by progressing through the game or by buying them from the vendor, except for one: the RYNO. This is the coolest and most powerful weapon in the game, it is the only "secret" weapon that is unlocked by delivering all the holo-cards to the seller as shown at the end of the video below, which also shows where to find all the holo-cards:

As you can see from the movie most of the cards are in the game world scattered collectible cards. Two are rewards for winning the hoverboard gold cup on Rilgar and Kalebo, while others are stuck behind doors that need to be hacked into the Piercer.

Remember that you will be able to collect the holo cards even after completing the story. When you have them all, give them to the seller to unlock the RYNO.
