To boost Sebastian's attributes (sounds a little ambiguous, but it's not what it sounds like) you will need a lot of green gel, 178.000 unit to be precise. To do this first, we can recommend a couple of methods to build up green gel quickly. Thanks to these, in a couple of hours of play, you should be able to get all the green gel required to fully enhance the character.

In the list below you can see all the quantities of green gel required to maximize every single skill of Sebastian. The green gel can be recovered from killed enemies and bosses, from the crates scattered throughout the various levels, in the toilets and also as a random reward inside the lockers (follow the guide to open the lockers for more help).
