Gears of war 3 - All secrets and easter eggs

It must be said that in Gears of War 3 the gentlemen of Epic Games have really delighted in leaving a series of curious and funny secrets and easter eggs scattered throughout the game. Let's see what they are and what needs to be done to find them.

1. Cole's hats
Act 1 - Chapter 3. There are two different places where you can find hats for Cole. The first is located in the back of a van which is located in front of the entrance to the playground as shown in the following photo

The second can be found near a vending machine in the Sports Items area of ​​the supermarket as shown in the photo

 

2. The Tickers Fight Club
Act 2 - Chapter 4. Proceed through the trenches to get to the underground area where all the caged tickers are. Look for a wooden door with a ticker-shaped emblem painted on it. On its right you will see a small yellow window. Approach and press X. Watch the video.

 

 

3. Listen to the song "Mad World" in the Gridlock map
Multiplayer - Gridlock Map. To hear the instrumental version of "Mad World" on Gridlock you need to let a full turn go by without any of the ash statues on the map being broken. Obviously, this is practically impossible to do during a normal multiplayer game, so it is better to create the necessary conditions for having an easier life. Create a Private War Zone match against a single bot. As soon as the turn starts run to the bot's spawn point and kill it before it can do any damage. As this is a War Zone game, the turn will end as soon as you kill the bot. On the next turn you can listen to the music. Watch the video.

 

 

4. The battle against the fire-breathing chicken
Act 1 - Chapter 1. At some point you will find yourself in a battle on an open portion of the ship's deck. After taking out the enemies, look for the four circular mouths. Approach and look inside and shoot until Marcus gives a signal (a greeting). Do this for all four mouths and you will see that a chicken will pop out at the last one. Attack it and see what happens. 6. A Wretch dancing
Multiplayer - Map Checkout. In order to reveal this easter egg you have to play on the Checkout map possibly together with friends otherwise it will be really difficult to complete all the procedures required to see this damned Wretch dancing like a drunk. The process is quite long, you have to press switches, then find and use a fire extinguisher on other burning objects and so on. Everything is shown in the following video.
