If your "Persuasion" skill is 50 or higher you can convince Old Ben to escort you to the bar. Succeeding in this will earn 61 XP. After that, if you follow him back to the bar and wait for him to sit down, you can talk to him again and repeat the same Speech Challenge to earn another 61 XP. Repeat as many times as you like to accumulate a lot of XP.
