Yhorm the Giant is the tenth boss of Dark Souls III.

To beat this boss it is highly recommended to use his "Storm Ruler Sword" which is located in the room where the boss is, next to his throne (watch the video to see how to get it).

Grab the sword with both hands and press L2 (PS4) / LT (XB1) to charge the weapon's special attack. This is a ranged attack that deals massive damage to the boss. With this particular attack, defeating Yhorm the Giant will be easy, in fact 5 special hits with this sword will be enough to send him to the other world.
