I agree with you, the best thing is to enjoy the game firsthand. However, if you are not planning to buy Battlefield 1 but are equally curious to enjoy the story of the single player campaign here is the solution for you.

The Battlefield 1 campaign consists of 5 chapters, which tell the dramatic story of the First Great War from 5 different points of view corresponding to 5 different characters.

If you can't play this mode, but still want to follow this new adventure, here is the full film taken from the single-player campaign, which resumes all upright filmed sequences with some gameplay clips. Unfortunately, the video is in English (accompanied by subtitles), good vision at all!
