Spider-Man
Complete the game on Superhero difficulty.
If you play this difficulty directly, you will also unlock the other two Achievements. The important thing is to NEVER change the difficulty from the beginning to the end.

On the fly
Collect all 700 pages of Spider-Man comics.
It may seem more difficult than it really is. 700 pages to collect is a lot, but that also means you'll find plenty of them as you move around the map as you progress through the campaign and complete side missions. Once the first 500 pages have been collected, the remaining 200 will be marked on the map as you move. If you are missing a few and you have difficulty in finding them, there may be two reasons: either the point in which they are located is marked on the map with some other mission marker (and therefore the icon of the presence of a page is not displayed) or the page is too high or too low, so look hard.

Immobilize 6 enemies at the same time with a spider web.
A good place to do this is at the beginning of Chapter 2, but I recommend that you try it later, when you have strengthened the web sufficiently. Watch the video

Peter Spider Hands
Defeat 100 enemies with stealth rooted assets.
You will need to upgrade your stealth assets first. Once you have this upgrade, approach without letting an enemy see you and use it.

Clean victory
Defeat a hunter without using web launchers.
I recommend doing this at the beginning of Chapter 5. Be careful not to use the web launchers. Do as shown in the video

Towards the sky
Defeat the S-01 without touching the ground.
This is the boss of the first chapter and you can't miss it. To defeat him without touching the ground, do as shown in the video. If you accidentally hit the ground (even building walls) reload the checkpoint and try again.

Feather-weight
Defeat 100 enemies.
See the suggestions for the "Maximum Weight" Goal.

Medium weight
Defeat 500 enemies.
See the suggestions for the "Maximum Weight" Goal.

Heavyweight
Defeat 1.000 enemies.

Manhattan side missions. They are marked on the map, take them to a quarantine area to save them.

Sane of mind
Report all escapes to the police.
Manhattan side missions. Get a Tracking Tech upgrade first that will help you track down the escaped fugitives. So help yourself with the map to find them and bring them back to the police.

Friend of coachbuilders
Complete all car chases.
Manhattan side missions. They appear on the map with a car icon. Complete them all to get the Goal.

Negotiator
Solve all cases where the police are stalled.

Call dropped
Destroy a scout before he calls a scout hunter.
Scouts will randomly appear on the free map after defeating the hunters in Chapter 5, the best place to find them is in the north of central park. Do as shown in the video

This appears in the upper right corner of the map. Complete the mission, Iguana will be the final boss.
