This is the fifth boss in the game, and he's pretty easy to beat as long as you manage his bosses properly poisonous attacks. Use armor with a lot of poison resistance and have antidotes ready in your inventory. Basically it should be enough to keep attacking the boss quickly with quick hits. Don't worry if it hits you, because subsequent attacks will be counted as counter-attacks which will restore your lost health. For this reason I recommend using the healing potions only when you are about to die, otherwise you always keep attacking.

Pay particular attention only when the beast uses his poison cloud, if it strikes you, use an antidote.

By defeating this boss you will also get the first ritual chalice in the game (Chalice of Pthumeru) which can be used to play the chalice dungeons.
