Call of Duty Black Ops: Unlock the very powerful Thundergun

Easter Egg in the COD Black Ops campaign

Today we return to Call of Duty Black Ops to go and try a secret weapon hidden in the "Numbers" mission of the single-player campaign.

To unlock the Thundergun and enjoy this easter egg hidden for us by the developers, perform the following step by step and if you have any problems watch the video at the bottom of the news.

1) Load the "Numbers" mission on any difficulty level
2) As soon as it starts throw some grenades at the bottom in front of you (as shown in the video) in order to break some Nova Six gas canisters. (you will see the yellow gas spreading around the room)
3) Now go to your right where you will find a cassette player on a table. Stand in front of it and hold X on Xbox 360 (square on PS3, F on PC). You will notice that the cassette player opens. If it does not open it means that you have not broken ALL the gas containers (there are 6).
4) Now continue the mission until you get to Clarke's armory which the three access after moving the refrigerator. In this room you will find another cassette player. Stand in front and hold X again on Xbox 360 (square on PS3, F on PC). The cassette player will open and after several beeps the ThunderGun will appear in front of you.
5) Now have some fun with your new toy.
